Update August 28th 2025

Jacks Neurologist, Dr. Zaher was in this morning for more results on the pathology results. He has sent some samples of the biopsy for second opinions to Tuscon and Houston to accomplished colleagues who specialize in these types of tumors. As far as we know, Jack has a type of malignant pineal gland Teratoma, the results further than this potential diagnosis will be discussed at Fridays Neurology meeting and we should have a treatment plan Monday. For now were hoping for good news on a strong radiation and chemo plan. The other main concern is the strokes that occurred during the surgeries, we are unsure of the damage caused by them, we will know more soon. We are uncertain how long he will be in the Neuro ICU, they are still taking it day by day. It will be at least a week before the ideation of being transferred floors or sent to a cancer facility. As of now, Jack is fighting for his life in the Neuro ICU with no foreseen future release date. Keep sending positive vibes, if your religious do your thing and Janine Jeff and myself are so thankful for the support and love Jack has been receiving it is truly incredible. Hope to have a clearer update tomorrow and a treatment plan by monday. Current picture is from this morning, a long night of MRIs has resulted in a very sleepy morning.
